FOC briefing today. Reporting time was 11am. Wait here wait dere, end up 1140+ den start. So much for unity, I was the only food comm sub-comm who turned up, the rest couldn't make it. Ahmad + Alwyn + Yao Ming= Food Comm. The same thing for prog comm oso, only afew turned up. Log comm oso alot nva came, but still had the greater presence compared to the other sub-committees. During the briefing, the sub-empires for FOC were oso announced, including the Head GLs.
Den, we were separated into grps of 5. I was in the "1" grp, led by chongguang. Next up was icebreaker games, for the GLs n' sub-comms to mix ard. Guang, Phyllis, Shazlee, Tie Ming, Soon Po, Tofu, Christopher, Aisha, Rajes, Linda, Li Peng, Yiling, David, Jiajun, Yongzhuang, Kaiwei, Jasper, Daniel, Ah Boon, Alan, n' maybe afew other names tt I couldn't remember. Icebreaker games included the passing game n' the tiu tiu tiu game. The crackers game was......iMpReSsIvE...so much for sabotaging, biting chunks out of the rice cracker.
After that was mass games. Omg, standing on someone's right leg, by putting my left leg on theirs, exerting full force on the weak feet. I must grumble abit la...To play this game, think all the GLs n' sub-comms n' FAs should not wear anything on their feet, to minus away all the disadvantages and unfairness of shoes over heels and heels over barefeet. Imagine a shoes stepping on ur feet, or a pointed heel pushing into ur skin... perhaps u know how to spell the word "P~A~I~N"?? After the V-shaped game, we were to play the elephant game. Damn, should hav removed my ring b4 the game, it was excruciating when Timothy kept pulling back my hand to maneuvere me. O~U~C~H!!!~ And soon after that, we were told to stand in a circle n' sit down, message the person in front of us, n' sing "1 little 2 little 3 little indians......"
N' that's how today's FOC briefing ended. Looking forward to the FOC pre-camp on the 3rd......expect lotsa cheers...original ones, that is...
